DA Anderson: Please support a review of serious issues in Rocky Myers' case!

Rocky Myers, a Black man, was on Alabama’s death row for more than 30 years despite serious flaws in his case. He has always maintained his innocence. He was convicted by a nearly all-white jury which sentenced him to life without the possibility of parole for the murder of his white neighbor. The judge in his case disregarded the jury’s decision to sentence him to life, and gave him a death sentence instead–a practice called judicial override that was banned in 2017.
